* Photos and videos of students will only be uploaded to the app or website in strict accordance with the physical Media Consent Form signed by you during the school enrollment process.

### 4. Acceptable Use and User Conduct
* Parents, guardians, and staff are expected to use the mobile app’s communication features respectfully and professionally.
* You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or violates the privacy of other families.
* Any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior on the platform will result in immediate account termination.

### 5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and mobile application—including logos, text, graphics, designs, and software—is the property of Little Oaks and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or distribute this material without written consent.

### 6. Payments and Tuition
* Financial transactions, tuition payments, and incidental fees made via the website or app are subject to our standard school enrollment contract.
* Late fees, refund policies, and withdrawal penalties are strictly governed by your physical enrollment agreement with Little Oaks and are not altered by your use of these digital tools.

### 7. Limitation of Liability
Little Oaks strives to keep its digital platforms secure, accurate, and operational. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Oaks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the website or app.
